Pretty sure the desktop was bent when he got off of it

Went and looked at this today here in AZ after watching your video. Was surprised that the one we looked at didn’t have that front closet in the bedroom! Instead it was 1/2 the size the. A washer/dryer closet! Kinda bummed us out.
Seems the plumbing is suspect. Gets worse after the factory warranty has expired.
