Hello Iki!
A park I made recently, about 4 hours of gameplay footage played at 8x speed. Sadly, this park got corrupted a few days ago when my computer crashed due to a virus, so this is all the footage. At some point I will record another longer timelapse with to goal of getting 8,000 guests!

I remember playing this game with my sister. We designed these crazy rollercosters that make guests puke all the time. It was the most fun memory.

I was never really that good with this game, due to lack of creativity. I only put in standard options most of the time. Building a functional fun coaster was really hard, assuming possible. Just looking at this amount of work into this is simply amazing to see done. :)
Gosh those songs, they bring back so much nostalgia. I wish I had this game still.
New ones cant do that, frames would go to hell... thats the beauty of this game and 2D graphics and it looks really good in my opinion, you can put so much details and it will run just fine... best RCT ever. They should make new ones also in 2D graphics style it really fits this kind of games.

This is nostalgic, as a kid I didn't understand how to change the landscape, or make the roller coaster but I think now with an adult intelligence I can make... I hope

@@DoomKid 3 weeks with open RCT2 and I realized that is so easy to build in this game but I only get frustrated when the roller coaster is to intense for the guest

I know theres a way to make your hill lanscaping tool create terrain very naturally if you click offscreen and drag it around, makes that process much faster

boy alot of them rides have some very high intensity, im guessing you picked customers prefer more intense rides or there is no way average peps would ride them lol
As long as the intensity is under 10, guests who prefer more than 4 will ride them, and they make up a large proportion of guests. All the other guests can expand their preferences pretty quickly to the point that they'll ride intense rides.

At your first roller coaster.. you place the entrance at the and of the station. Why? Now the guest's need to walk all the way to the front.
how do you make those mountain structures? with me its just flat
With the land editing tool, if you press - enough times, it becomes a mountain making tool, only in scenario editor mode though. Sorry for the late reply

There's a program called 8 cars per trainer that allows you to add cash
Why not just use OpenRCT?
I do use OpenRCT sometimes but in certain ways I prefer the vanilla exe

how do i make a scenario like this with no limits? I know there is a sandbox mode but do I have to check those 2000 + boxes for every ride and scenery -.-?
Check out "8 cars per trainer", that's what I used
i bought rct2 with some expansions, but what is this version ? the menus look different and u control the happiness of people and the pricing structure etc ? can u tell me =) ? plus, are there external programs to design your rides in? i never 100% ligit found out, thanks, luv ur vids

When you start up a game in RCT2, there's a red toolbox, click that and go to Scenario Editor. If you need help just ask I'll be happy to assist!

awesome layout, just wondering how you make mountains and hills etc so easy and quickly? thanks!
Mountains take some practice, but once you get the hang of it, you can make them very quickly. There's a really handy tool called 8 cars per trainer that allows you to increase the land/water mover size, so changing your land texture and making rivers and lakes is way easier. It doesn't help with mountains that much, those just take a bit of practice and sort of wiggling the cursor up and down til it looks right. Hope that helps somewhat!

Is the ability to place landscape and move terrain outside of park boundaries because of open rct2 if so how/where is that option?
Sorry, this was done using vanilla RCT2 in conjunction with 8 cars per trainer, so I'm not sure where the option would be in Open :(
