It’s a hard chemo. I had breast cancer in 2017. I met this incredible woman in treatment who became my best friend. She was fighting stomach cancer and her chemo was brutal, I wish Kate all the best.

Possible by the grace of God, my friend's mom was diagnosed with Stage 4 colon cancer and after numerous rounds of chemo and radiation she is finally cancer free this year!!!! God is good!!

You never think a doctor will walk into your room and say the word "cancer". I still can't believe it and I was diagnosed with leukemia 2 years ago. It's crazy how things like this relate to you when you know the pain 💔
And to have that happen after losing your mum as a kid. He may have been born a prince, but that’s quite a lot of suffering for an individual lifespan. It sounds like this is just preventative though - like she’s very lucky she needed that surgery and they caught it when they did.

I had a feeling that it was cancer. I had abdominal surgery also around the same time as her. Mine came back non cancerous thank the lord. When i heard about her surgery and how everything was hush hush i just knew deep down, she didnt get the news she was hoping for. Praying for a speedy recovery for her!❤

We are with you Kate. I too was also diagnosed with Cancer this winter (ovarian, full hysterectomy and CHEMO - which I have reacted terribly I am 59 though, not Kate’s age. I have been in hospital for 3 full weeks and already so weak I can’t stand up un-aided, Here’s to all who suffer from this terrible terrible disease and have to have Chemo) I have seen all the positive news that Cancer/Chemo seems to generate across social media but the reality of suffering for me has been ANYTHING but positive; I am suffering so much it’s time to tell that story, what it is really like for me! Of course everyboody’s story is different,,, I have found my only comforts are in Jesus and my family members, some small saving graces.
