      Right? That is clearly a tongue. Some of my students also support that view. Thanks so much for commenting!

    It's a very useful clip for me, it helps me find new words like amphibious. Plus, I can enjoy the fun content, and it makes me even more interested in it. 🤩
    As for organic bins, it's something exotic for me as well and it's good that you explain it clearly. 👍🏻
    And next is the installation called Drunken Lampposts. Nahh It's called The Way Things Are created by Chris Hansen and Hendrika sonnenberg. They both have to be drunk very often to create this work. I'm just kidding 😝. This artwork is very expressive, I like it.
    The fun is not over yet, you take us to the Cows 🐄 , where there are many souvenirs such as cow dolls and cow statues, and the highlight is that the ice cream that the most delicious ice cream in Canada. Wow, I want to try some.
    Thank you very much for making me find something new from your clip. If there is a chance, one day I will be on the tail of your video.✨

      We are so happy that you found so much to learn in this video and also that it was fun for you. I think they may have been drunk when they got the idea for The Way Things Are installation. It is such a creative idea! We hope you get a chance to try Cow's ice cream one day. Which flavor would you choose?

    I was having my lunch in this time😆😆 and I realized you had the video that made me very hungry because of Donairs, so I chose this one. I really like to eat ice cream. I like both flavors you chose, Chocolate mint and Blueberry and I have to go to buy ice cream right now, goodbye.🤤🤤

      Good idea to have lunch at the same time as you watched this video. There are so many good things to eat along the waterfront. We'd love to know what flavor ice cream you chose to buy after watching this. I can guess it probably wasn't PEI Blueberry! 555!

    Wow, traffics in Halifax seems both safer and far less busier than traffics in Thailand by a mile. A shame you couldn't get the Black Bear ice cream though!
    Also, I'd like to say that Poutine is one of my favorite Canadian cuisine, french fries with cheese, beacon and gravy is just straight up a perfection. Too bad we didn't get to see you review them though. I used to make them myself everytime my family had a steak for dinner, super easy to make too!

      Indeed, the traffic in Canada is nearly non-existent when compared to traffic in Thailand. It's also much easier to cross the street there! Yeah, I really wanted to try Black Bear ice cream, too...

    Awesome stuff again! I remember being disappointed eating a donair, as the white sauce was so sweet it tasted like icing sugar! Was yours sweet or savory?

    • @EastlandEnglish
      @EastlandEnglish  6 месяцев назад

      Thanks so much! Yes, I was a little worried about the sauce being too sweet, but the level of sweetness of Tony's sauce was perfect for this kind of spicy meat. The overall flavor was savory even though the sauce had some sweetness to it.

      Where did you get yours? The level of sweetness might be a regional thing. @@TomEastland

    For this episode is truly helpful and enjoyment. I gained plenty of new vocabulary in this episode. For instance, “Amphibious”; this word rings a bell, but I know it from the Amphibia cartoon. It sounds similar. This vocabulary has almost the same meaning (but in different contexts) as “Amphibious,” which refers to animals that can live in water and on land. Additionally, I encountered something I had never seen before: “Installation.” Installation is a kind of art that presents the way things are, giving inanimate objects characteristics. I realized that this kind of art is called “The Drunken Lamppost.” After finishing the video, I wanted ice cream so bad because I am a big fan of chunky chocolate mint !!! 🛝🛝
