This channel is GOLD. The best. Ive been hitting my forehand all wrong. Ill try this tomorrow night. Ive been swinging my arm back and not moving the waist for the backswing. No wonder 90% of my attempted loops go out. God I hope this works for me.

Amazing video by Master Hong. I am not able to understand what he means by "retract" the arm in the loop. Retract means pull back, or inward, after hitting. Right? Where does he retract in the forehand loop?

He omits the explanation for the leg preparation and initial weight shift.Maybe he does that in another video.

Many thanks. but what about looping the backspin? Does it need an opened arm at the elbow? i mean, starting with straight arm..what would be the difference this one explained here?

Can anyone help explain what they mean when they say press down with the paddle? I’ve heard it in a few of these videos. It’s also in one of the backhand videos too.

We need how maximize legs speed after my serve) if I want to play forehand movement more easy than find ball on backhand

My Sanwei press came defective and does not close properly with the paddle. It was misaligned and is uncomfortable to use. They refused to provide support, even though I have emails as evidence. Poor after-sales service.😢
