Actually the issue is with people like you and me. We have created an illusion of "normal" in our heads and have collectively biased ourselves into thinking things like "Mother will always love child" the truth is everyone is different and anyone is capable of anything. The sooner everyone gets that the sooner everyone will think twice before trusting their kids with other people because "they would never do anything like that"

Exactly!! Just came out of sound of freedom and even the people I watched the movie with barely reacted, I’m not saying this all high and mighty because honestly it’s the bare minimum we should all be doing but I came out of that movie determined to educate myself and do something to make a difference, even if it’s just advocating or volunteering.
@@Gigimz I am a busy person with projects to work on and things to run so my role in this fight is financial help. I will do it every month. I believe there is a role we can all play in this fight. I reached out to some of these organizations and they all need financial help more than anything. So yeah. I know there will be people that will do nothing, but if those who will do, do enough, we can win this fight. For the sake of our children.
Every single one of us has a responsibility to be watchful & step in immediately if needed to save a child. If it seems off, question them. I've heard too many screaming children in WalMart to ever leave it alone. Step up.

These activities tend to spike during large events, ie; SuperBowl, Olympics et al, anything that brings together large masses of people. With so many people milling about it makes it much more difficult to note or remember details. The task force just isn't large enough. Communities need to be educated on this and take a more active role.

Happening in China too - Chinese guys traffick North Korean defector women for forced marrages or forced labor. The recruiters allure the women for good paying jobs even inside north Korea.
Often children are forcefully seperated from their mothers when they are sold. The north Korean children are simply abanded on the street or sold elsewhere. Young sisters also sold seperately. When the women escape to south Korea later, children born between Chinese fathers usually left behind in China. Not all chidren reunite with their moms in south Korea. More than 80% of the defectors to south Korea are female.
Has sex trafficking increased in the last 20ish years, or is it just more apparent now? Think technological advances, better understanding by law enforcement, etc.

I didn’t actually know what human trafficking really was until now.
I thought I was just the victim of my sister and mother’s narcissistic abuse and need for power and control. If all makes sense now.
She just pulled another well planned out exploitation on me again.
They have been working as a team my entire life, to do this human trafficking to me.
I’m kept a slave , prisoner, isolated, with no money and no way to escape and have to go through the worst abuses daily from the both of them while not having a single break from constant work and without any pay or nothing except the blame and accountability. And , I’m supposed to pay for it all too somehow? They have stolen my tax checks and claimed me without my consent and never asked me if I would be okay with that and allowed to have them do that ; especially when I never asked for them to be handled by anyone else as with everything. They use me to completely remodel their buyers house and even sell it for them too , on one occasion ; and then at the last day or ten minutes before I finish, after all the keeping me from getting any working done to try and make me fail, and making sure that it will be done, will threaten to have me removed and arrested and the cops are on the way so my sister and her criminal accomplices go and put on their circus act of vandalism, theft, and my sister and mother somehow always get some , “come up” , around that exact same time and then all of the sudden they were broke and couldn’t afford to pay for whatever it was that they said “I’ll pay ya back” yet never is the case , but out of nowhere, like some kind of miracle, magically a big chunk of money unexplainably , I don’t know , just happened again in the same exact tactical assault. My mother , the supervisor prison warden told me when I finally got home from working and beyond tired and beat and just wanted a few minutes to rest , yelled at me that I couldn’t sleep and I better get up right now and then , not too shortly after that, pushing over 48 hours of hard skilled labor non stop except for two times to have some kind of drink and a little something to eat. Standing over me with her arms crossed and hate in her face yelling at me as much as she wants
They could also be in this chat…recruiters look relatively normal…I drive Lyft and I picked up three girls whom was being trafficked I thought…I dropped them off drove down the road because the guy in my car would not let them talk to me..I then called the local police and gave them the address of the house (Sketchy Area) I dropped them off. I don’t know what happened but I always think about if those girls were ok?

The buyers who arent aware that the person their having sex with is trafficked against their will should not be held accountable its not their fault. Only knowingly buyers should be held accountable. The buyers only intention is to have a good timr they dont have bad intention just expressing and exercising their sexuality what happens in the organizations or labor of such industry is not in the hands of buyers.
