Was the longer riffs and runs explained video removed? I wanted to see it again because I can't remember the artist you played who sung the melody of the instruments before they started playing in the actual song.
I don't get why folks always drag Keke for always doing the song, it's literally a crowd pleaser that pays her bills. Especially considering she doesn't have a well known catalogue. How could she not sing the song that keeps her viral? She gotta feed them fifty'leven children somehow.
Social media is not always an accurate representation of real life. I've seen her live twice, and the audience looks forward to seeing how long she can hold this run and even counts with her.
@@BlackMusicArchiveI’m glad you pointed out the real life factor that homebodies miss when they venture out into the world via the www.
Keke is the definition of “YOU ATE THAT”. Like literally just eating them riffs and runs up!
I love how limber her voice is. I've heard some people say that she can get kind of carried away and the emotion of the original melody can get lost.
besides patti's legendary vocal delivery of this classic, my top 3 renditions of this song is mariah's essence award performance, SWV version (coko's high belting range is amazing) and last but not least important keke extraordinary singing for this song.
Mariah version offered nothing
her vocals are breathtaking! I'm in shock every time I hear it.
That riff is so quick and swift ❤ damn!!
Keke Wyatt is such a phenomenal talent 😍❤
Excellent breath control.
Very agile and elastic
we need a complete vocal analysis of Keke's voice please 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Ms. Keke... A Talent.
KeKe is an amazing singer. Her dbebut album will always be a classic to me
KeKe is the 9th winder of this world. She can really sing well. WOW!!!
And her mom can sing too ❤
She play too much I love her
Yes I love Keke❤!!!
Been waiting for this, baby boy.
Bless❤
Unbeatable! I've waited so long for this!
Love the performance with the blonde hair ...so good love you cuzzin
i could use her runs as my morning alarm.
Peace. Will you do an entire episode on Keke Wyatt? Please and Thank you😊
This trick was amazing the first time but now it’s just annoying. 😂
OkayE? Like. I might need to just donate because I can't even finish this video 😂
I would love her to sing down the aisle by The Bluebelles
She a great background singer. She’s not a lead vocalist in my opinion.
Why you delete the Michael Jackson video ?
I think the MJ estate didn’t like it and hassled him to take it down.
BMA ‘s thesis was well-supported and thoroughly analyzed and researched.
I defy anyone to come up with a rebuttal analysis on RUclips that is as well-written and researched as BMAs.
MJ was singing hit songs compromised of 2 notes when Thriller came out. That wasn’t the singing we saw in 5 year old MJ.
Come on y’all. Put respect on BMA!’s name!
BMA has BEEN a "catch 'em if you can" content creator, I'm assuming his work gets copyrighted often due to him using so much footage to explain his viewpoints. So to avoid too many violations he removes them after a certain time period.
@@eskyles98 ammmmm I highly doubt that..... it's probably just Copyright issues
Do Coko From Swv
Do a break down on Damita Haddon next
I do understand it’s BMA… But could you include Ms. Aguilera from “Pa Mis Muchachas” the run seems so similar to me. If you get a chance to listen lemme know what you think.
Break it down
I think keke can sing however I want her to make her own songs. If I was offered a million dollars to name more than 2 Keke original songs I couldn’t.
She's been doing that same tired run of the same damn Patti sing for 20 years. We are tired
If she doesn't do it people complain
This isn’t good musicality in my opinion.
I wish she would stop ruining one of Patti's classics. She's another one-dimensional singer ; no vocal creativity and no versatility at all. The same tired runs.
Personally I never cared for her version
Keke Wyatt has a great natural talent that she has honed with years of training. But, she sounds more like a bleating goat than a musician. I'd rather hear Kim Burrell perform runs.
I disagree. Kim Burrell excessive runs can be very annoying
As talented as she is, she's incredibly gimmicky. She limits herself to the same 3 songs... and that run has low replay value. Js
Idk these performances keep going viral, people been paying to see her sing this song specifically for years now.
I must ask, have you seen her live in concert? People only showcasing her singing her 3 biggest hits on social media does not represent her singing her own music to fill a 90-minute set.
@@BlackMusicArchive I agree with that and it's only fair to acknowledge that she can't control that, but people only use what she provides 🤷
I have been to one concert and she is an amazing singer, but it's that concert where I felt like she doesn't show case what she's truly capable of. Maybe I need to attend more than one to really see.
She's one dimensional I can't listen to her for a long period of time .....
