Thank you Prof. Marc Cashin and thanks for watching and the comment. It is much appreciated. The magnifying effect is a paid effect as part of the monthly subscription but there is a long winded way of doing it with the standard features. First you have to duplicate the clip then hide the bottom clip then use the 'crop' effect to just show the section you want to 'magnify' You can then 'cut' that part of the clip and enlarge it then unhide the bottom clip again. Hope that makes sense. If not let me know and I'll do a quick vid for you. The Avatar vid should be out next week. 👍

I don't think it will work for live streaming to be honest Marc (hope you don't mind me calling you Marc) and I have never used OBS although I know I should. I use Camtasia initially for the webcam zooms and movement then import to Filmora to do all of the other editing. I have found this about zoom in and follow effect on OBS that may help ruclips.net/video/5di0gCg6uQQ/видео.html
Another fun and informative tutorial John. I hope you have better success with the talking avatar than I did, it seems very far from a finished feature. The lip sync on the avatar was never correctly synced for me, plus it's rather limited on customisation options. Perhaps as an early adopter I need to be more patient and give Wondershare more time to work out the bugs.

It looks quite childish to me but could be good if they get the avatars right and look more human...anyway I'm giving too much away. I'm spoiling my next video 😬

If you mean can you write a text script then change that to TEXT TO SPEECH then yes you can or if you mean can you do a voice over then change that to SPEECH TO TEXT then yes you can do that. Either way, when you have either your text or voiceover in Filmora, right click it and choose either TEXT TO SPEECH or SPEECH TO TEXT.
