After all the fast talking some price haggling and a promise of a free Hawaii vacation we signed up. WE HAVE NEVER BEEN ABLE TO USE THE TIMESHARE. It's one of my biggest regrets.
I want to get out of mine. At this point I don't even care about the money we paid. I just wanted to continue paying dues and fees for something I don't or can't use.

The guy doing the presentation seemed cool, the people were very professional, but the product seemed too good to be true. After the presentation we sat with a sales man that they assigned to us and they tried to convince us, for what seemed like hours to sign up but I refused. I wanted to do more research before I committed to paying them $10,000 when all I was only trying to do was go to the aquarium that day. I’m so glad I didn’t take the bait. Others weren’t so fortunate tho. I saw 3 couples sign. Sad.
We *almost* signed up...but then they said you can't cancel the annual membership...I was like "nope! Negative! We are out if here!" Wife was mad for 30 minutes...now she's grateful...we've read so many awful reviews on this place. Reason they target couples, is because that way you can't get rid of the membership with a bankruptcy -unless you both file!
Paid so much but never travrled in 2 years. Now they're saying all my points for nrxt year expire TODAY UNLESS i book next year today. Where to go, I dont know?? I work a lot more than i did when i purchased. Why is anything expiring???
I don't get why even have a conversation with them. Just instruct them to repo the "property". With a time share, all you bought was the right to use a hotel room once a year or some points. There's nothing to repo. It's like stopping payment on a cell phone plan. ATT ain't got nothing to take back. They'll just cut you off on their side and you're done. Same with these people. Sapphire Resorts will just cut off your access - you can still go there and book a hotel room like anyone else, just not using the timeshare account.
Well I’m so sorry for the situation you have been put through and a class act law suit can put this company on the books for a black eye in the business industry! There business clout and reputation is going to shrink if everyone comes together into the court system to expose and demand restitution for their bully and dishonest entrapment!!! I went and I’ve recorded all of the evidence as well as the interviews and presentations. This will be on full display and disclosure for the grand jury to review! The $200 in gaming vouchers were only good on the promotional slots at the Best Western Casino and you had to win $4000 before you could cash out and then they only paid $1000. We too, were "sold" by those liars at the Jockey Club (Sapphire Resorts) in Vegas! We just bought in December and are trying every which way to get out of it. Their timeshares are nothing like what was presented to us. I would be curious to know where and how to get help to get out!! I'm sorry it happened to you and all the other people they scammed. TILL THIS DAY we still have NEVER been able to use it, but we paid membership fees every year. I've tried reaching out to them via email with no response. By phone call, transfer around with no solution.
Sorry about your personal situation. I find it strange, you're not posting "the bodily harm" comments. Timeshares are great...You just need education on how to use it. They ar not responsible for leg injuries. I wish you the best sir!

My wife and I also got conned by Sapphire. That company is an outright con job. We tried to get the attorney general to look into it and got nowhere.
