NTA has cancelled almost all exams they recently conducted , What benifits they have got from neet ug 2024 is not known
The NTA is not likely to submit any itemized material on the matters heard by the court. Supreme Court judges hearing this case should take into consideration the following main points of doubt.
1. NEET UG 2024 paper leak confirmed in Jharkand, Delhi, Bihar, Gujarath. The court will consider re-examination only in these states.
2. Was social media involve? Can police cyber team track social media within 2 days? Not possible!
3. Why did NTA open neet application registration for 2nd time? Trillion rupees question!
Why students travelled to other states for sit exam? How many of them changed exam centres and applicant photos during 11th, 25th and 26th April 2024 NTA change slot? also to be reviewed this completly.

@@MrKRISH-cz1vy NTA gave a specific date from (February 9, 2024 to March 16, 2024, by 5 PM) to submit the NEET 2024 examination application.
A few weeks after the last date of application, the NTA agency suddenly made a up normal announcement and notification on 8th April 2024 and gave again two more additional days on (9th and 10th April 2024) to apply NEET exam 2024 that those who forget to apply for the NEET 2024 can apply. It is known that more than 25000 new NEET applications were received in these two days alone. A formal police investigation should be conducted on the basis of the 12th class marks and the marks obtained in the NEET examination of all the students who have applied for the NEET exam on these special two days.
There is a possibility that some genuine students also applied in the second application slot.
As far as no such NEET application additional day’s window periond have been allotted in previous years. Court suspect there is some conspiracy involved with NTA officials with frauds.

The AIR Rank For 600 mark is approx 81k.It is approx because there may be thousands of students in those rank.Air is 81k Implies there are 81k students above 600. But in the affidavit filed by NTA In the Bell Shaped graph There are only 35k students above 600 marks.So clearly NTA Faking their report to avoid the retest.

Reformation committee and cbi found the NTA has made a lot of dubious moves. If my prediction is correct we can expect NTA to plead for more time on 11th July 2024. From here court will take serious action against NTA.

This is one of the important matters that will be considered in court. According to mathematical analysis, around 40000-45000 students are likely to have obtained marks illegally. For the 45000 students who got marks through malpractice, the court will not want to make re-examination of around 23 lakh students who have written the exam through genuine hard work. So expect the below solution.
As per NTA NEET UG Mark summary, this year around 80000 students have passed with more than 600 marks. Mathematical analysis shows that around 40,000 to 45,000 students have been wrongly scored NEET Marks. So it is clear that more than 40,000 students have got above 600 marks through question paper leak or other malpractices. I would like to mention an important point here. About 23 lakh 45 thousand students have appeared the NEET UG 2024 exam. Around total 23 lakh students wrote the NEET exam through real hard work. Around 40,000 to 45,000 students are likely to have scored more than 600 marks through examination malpractices. So it is not fair to re-examine the remaining 23 lakh students who have written the exam genuinely for about 45000 black sheep students who made mistakes. So it is very difficult to find out who are about 45000 black sheeps among the 80,000 students who have scored more than 600 marks. To correct this, the correct solution is re-examination for all students who have scored more than 600 marks under the supervision of the Supreme Court. Again, good and real hard work 40000 students will be affected who scored above 600 marks. There is no other way to eliminate mistakes immediately.
Therefore, the Supreme Court should without further delay examine the decision of NEET re-examination for the students who scored more than 600 marks on the basis of the above information. Otherwise court will consider re-examination for everyone without further delay and they approach the re-examination decisively without causing further stress to the students and parents.

@@MizpahAcademy From the year 2020 onwards they are examining the marks obtained by the students in the given year 2024 based on their marks and rank. While it is a competitive examination some important questionable factors are considered by the court. The court needs to know who the 40,000 suspects are. If not found then re-examination may be conducted for certain states or students who scored above certain marks. The question paper is printed in 16 government printing presses across the country. The Justice Ministry feels that the leakage of question papers from the printing presses is more likely.
