    Awesome looking protein- they did a great job. I didn’t know you were in central Florida. Always good to hear I’m not the only one out there smoking meat in the muggy heat.

      Thank you Jorge…not something I would do on a weekly or monthly basis 💰💰💰 but for that special cook …would definitely pay 💰 for it.

    It's unfortunate they left the lifter muscle on top. I'd love to support more small/local businesses but until they get the butchering correct I'm not going to waste money paying for meat weight that needs to be trimmed off

    Did you have to wait long for the package to arrive?

      It took a few days before it was processed then shipping took 3-4 days I guess ..so in total I’d say a good week

      Not at all…it came off due the fat that was holding it rendered.

    Great coal bed, how long does it take you for those coals to form?

      A good 45 minutes most of times .. I start with a big fire though🔥🔥🔥

      Do you actually go by your thermometers or do you go by a grate probe. I have a 1975 also. My grate probe usually runs 25 degrees higher.

      @@christopherfair3097 Thermometer at door is my go to…the bottom ones are very accurate and the top ones tend to be hotter
