FACT caught up with her at SXSW to find out what we can expect for the rest of the year, and growing up in a “family of poets”.

In the music videos she looks divine and intimidating. She looks vengeful and passionate. In interviews shes a literal angel. Her face is so sweet and welcoming and lit up and human, but still otherworldly. I love how she can easily switch from one persona to another. So fucking talented.

im not iranian but perhaps its bc she is acknowledging that she is from IRAN and being proud of her country and owning her heritage
iranians have persian heritage.
The point is as eeeyooohoh (lol) said,she's not ashamed of her country and that's why it's refreshing.A lot of Iranians are saying they're Persian now because they're ashamed of being Iranian.
