    I really liked that the teacher gives the students the power to help decide what the conversation topics will be throughout the year.

    Great video but re the last bit at the end, I don't think that shaming a child and calling them a bully is part of restorative practices.

    You had me until the 3:30 mark. How is shaming the harmer going to help him? Presuming he was making a choice to harm is not a trauma informed approach.
