I just found your channel this is amazing. I really like the nitty gritty of character analysis and character building. Pathfinder first edition is one of if not the best systems so finding a whole channel dedicated to its breakdown is amazing keep it up
Hey, I played a Dhampir Skald with the masterpiece quickening pulse ( which bleeds targets within 30 feet) and the Greater spirit totem rage power you spoke about. It is negative energy damage, I let you figure out the shenanigans of it. She had also lots of DR, combination of the flesh wound rage power combining with eldritch heritage sanguine bloodline for the undead DR10 against non-lethal, but also further heal from drinking blood on top of the dhampir racial blood drinking feat. Anyways, was quite funny and thematic as she was playing music, almost invulnerable and just standing there in a pool of blood while every enemy dropped one by one in her aura.
Playing a 1/2 Orc Skald (Urban & Horn Herald) in a Return of the Runelords game. He wields a butchering Axe and w/ Power Attack, Furious Focus, Vital strike, & the +Str from the song...he hits like a truck!
I ran a Skald with augment summoning and the vigor feats. Between Raging Song, Augment Summoning, Fast Healing and spells, those summons were devastating to anything thrown at the party.
I really like the Skald class. But I wish Paizo had introduced an Unchained variant of Inspired Rage to make it mimic the Unchained Barbarian's streamlined version of Rage. The closest is the Wyrm Singer archetype's Draconic Rage.
Please do not lose motivation for your further optimizations for Pathfinder 1E content. There are definitely people who still play. Keep it up!
yes!!!
Agreed!
Quite
I will definitely keep the 1E content coming.
I 100% agree with this comment. I listen to your videos while driving to and from work
I'm so glad to see another d6 video. And can't wait to see more. Especially when the Slayer rolls around.
Lets gooooo my favorite 1e class, combining two of my favorite base classes together.
I’ve been playing and DMing pathfinder for years now and had never used a skald until recently, as an orc leader NPC and my players loved it!!
in my pathfinder 1e group, i switched from my summoner to a drow skald (level5) and its really nice that i found this video =)

Im still a huge fan of Pathfinder e1. You should do the shifter or cavalier classes
Thank you for the content
I really like the Skald class.

That would have been interesting. I don't think Paizo did enough with the unchained concept.
If you can do bloodrager next. I would love it but you do you
There is a class analysis of the bloodrager in the Pathfinder class analysis playlist on this channel.
