Not a dumb question at all! It's a way that I paint heavy toppers or glitters by beading up the polish at my cuticle and then dragging that bead down to the free edge of the nail. It maximizes glitter payoff especially. I hope that makes sense!

Silly question but i just have a qdtc. What glitter top coat would you reccomendation? And do you use this before a QDTC? Thanks for any help
