for the question mark block, you could have a gravity pad set to 1, and one on top that is set to -1, so hopefully it will keeps some momentum and go inside, or just bounce up and down, im not really sure

The spikes in the cave are not in any Mario game I know of. Actually the spikes on the ceiling are in some Mario games but they are made of ice and are only in ice levels.
