By many Jewish traditions was read on ... wait for it.... Sunday. The ultimate joy in the morning was with the Sunday morning Jesus rose. As is often the case in the book of Psalms, God does something big, in this case the founding of the church/temple in Psalm 30, joy following sorrow,.
