This app was incredibly helpful for my autistic adult son who struggled with over stimulation. It has since helped many with whom I've shared it. Thank you so much! 😊
been using this app for about a year now and its made me detatch from my phone far easier than it would have been without it. 10/10 recommend, at the very least, it will annoy you out of social media
I bought the app and use it for an alternative purpose; to have a smart phone for work and a dumb phone for home. I need my phone to be fully functional for work as an AV tech and Post Production engineer. So I switch off the app while on the job. When I don't, I put my phone back into minimalist mode. At home my cell is in essence a dumb phone as I block everything but messages and my camera. As I said, when I am working, I am able to connect with my crew, clients etc on various apps, use Zoom, use control apps etc. I really enjoy not having to look at or be distracted by any of it once I clock out.😊
that's some good discipline to manually switch it on and off, that could be an interesting feature to share with the devs if you haven't already! thanks for sharing!

this year with the new features you could put your apps into folders and yeah put your phone as organized as you want and being minimalistic at the same time :) I like the simplicity of this app, also purchased the one-time payment thing and yes, I love it. Never switched back to my phone's default system launcher ever since (but sometimes yes I kinda switch to it but just a quick view)
it took time to get there honestly I used to be MAD addicted to my phone, it was a crutch after some personal issues in my life and I realized it was taking away from my life in so many ways. A huge factor was my will to change and working on my mental health because it was a big issue for me with my phone use.
well i downloaded your free version and i went back and forth installing and unistalling it and then kept it for a day its been like a week now and i got used to it, this app forces you to think before you pick up your phone i have my calculator callendar and notes on the front i love it, the full version is definetly worth it being able to hide apps that i cant delete would be ideal
Been seeing ads for it for ever finely payed for it . Best, most versatile one I have found. Free or payed. As an adult Autistic it is very helpful with my stimulation and time management issues. As well as my obseive tendencies.
I still love it and I'm not getting paid by them (I have no financial incentive at all, I genuinely like the product and they've been very receptive to my feedback)
Decided to grab this via your link. Will see if it helps. If it does, then that's a no-brainer to spend 25 quid on it. Thanks for showing off the features.
It's a tool to help remove distractions and simplify your phone visual but you're still in the driver seat. I find this + some self discipline and persistance is the real recipe to success. Hope it helps!
Thanks for the video. Was a little hard to watch because your mic and shirt were making so much noise. I think you are making good content, but this will really hold your channel back! For videos like this where you are just sitting I would recommend a mic on a stand. Thanks for the video.
How good is this for Google Pixels? Plan on switching to the newest pixel from Iphone 15 plus. Also, if you decide this isn't for you, how do you uninstall it?
"how good is it for pixel" is not a very clear question, my review goes over everything as for uninstalling please write the company or check FAQ, I don't work for Minimalist phone app but it really shouldn't be complicated, I believe it's just like any app uninstall and then it'll probably ask you which launcher you want to use
I'm using another launcher but it's the same idea, I used a program that let me uninstall those apps that you cant, now my phone it's a lot lighter, my screen time it's less than 90 minutes a day, consider that I use this phone at work for stuff related with my duties... Some time later I got rid of all my social apps, and got a tablet for that, I don't carry this device, now I spent my time reading and be present...
