    Thanks for breaking this down into steps, including where to shop in Home Depot. I don't know carpentry terms at all, so it may seem basic to some but that part (moulding) is really helpful for laymen.

    I’ve been looking for renter friendly ideas for framing my medicine cabinet mirror for SO LONG! This is perfect. Can’t wait to make mine. Thank you so much!!

    This is genius!! I was really contemplating replacing my unrecessed medicine cabinet and losing much-needed storage because of the plain looking mirror on it. Since doing a mini update, it was taking away from the improvements. Now I don't have to 🙂.

    Thanks for this idea. I have been wanting to move a couple cabinets but reuse them elsewhere. This would be a nice update for them, since the outside needs a little appearance refresh/ update but the interior is fine.

    would you recommend this method for doing a much larger mirror? It's my bathroom mirror which is quite large.

    • @keexperez3365
      @keexperez3365  3 года назад +2

      Thank you 😊
      If the mirror is a medicine cabinet yes definitely
      Just make sure the wood you purchase is a light weight since it will be a big frame.
      If you’re mirror is flush to the wall also make sure there is space between you’re mirror and wall for the elastic band to go over.
      Hope this helps 😊

    This is brilliant!!! Any tips for the mirrors that are wall mounted in apt bathrooms and have those stupid clear plastic screw mount thingy's at the top? How can I get the wood to lay flush on the mirror with those things in the way? My guess is to cut into the back of the wood, but with wood this thin I don't know how to accomplish that without cracking or messing up the wood. Any ideas?
