I am a meticulous beader but I love this so much I should do some clay work This video is a wonderful work of art and has opened my eyes to the world of wonderful clay thank you
Thank you very much! 😍 I am very glad that you have discovered the beauty of the world of the polymer clay and that you are interested in trying it. 👍🫶
This is gorgeous! I used to work with children and we used to do a similar technique where we added dish soap into liquid paint and then used a straw to carefully blow bubbles until they bubbled up over the rim. We would then smooth a piece of paper over top of the container to catch the bubbles on the paper! I love how various media techniques can be applied to clay-it’s so important to follow artists of all genres to inspire our own work. 😀
Thank you very much! 😊 I totally agree with you! 👍 I also love trying different techniques on clay too, so I got a lot of inspiration from other artists.😍
Thank you for sharing this, it’s beautiful. Who doesn’t love a new technique that is so versatile and doesn’t require 20 steps to complete. I love it! Keep up the great work. I’m excited to try this. Again thanks for sharing your knowledge and talents.
Beautiful result. (The notion of using dish soap and water was introduced a few years ago by Allison Merritt of ''Thinking Outside the Box', who in turn had been inspired by a nail art idea. She used Lumiere Halo acrylic paints.) I like your idea of using resin and DecoArt metallic paints.
Thank you very much! 😍 In the summer, my nail artist decorated my nails with this technique. I had to try it with my own resin... So like Allison Merritt, I was inspired by this nail art technique 😁 I found Allison's video you mentioned, her work and result are very beautiful, thanks for info! 🙂
I am in the process of moving a lot of things around too...its very annoying most days not to be able to get to your stuff.. :) thank you for sharing this 12 days ago! :)
I saw this bubble technique a couple of years ago on “Thinking Outside the Box” polymer clay site. She got the idea from watching her mom get her nails done in a salon and the nail tech was using it on nails! She wanted to try it on polymer clay and it worked! Check out her tutorials.😊😊
Many thanks for your comment! 😊 I recently saw Alison's mentioned video and it made me smile because I was also inspired by a nail artist who did my nails with this technique. 😀 Alison tried a gel polish used by the nail artists and I tried my own uv resin. Both work well on clay and Alison's design is also very nice, I love it. Since then I have watched several of her videos, I liked them all very much. In my opinion she is a very talented and original creator. 🥰
Thank you very much! 😍 Even after 1 year, I did not experience stickiness, but I only used it on Premo polymer clay. Feel free to use e.g. the FIMO varnish instead of the spray! 🙂
Thank you 😊 I baked the cutted out polymer clay pieces at the beginning. After baking, I put the UV resin on it (with the foam), only this was cured by the UV light.
can I just say that the dish soap and resin "hack" (at least that's what I'm calling it) is game changing thank you so much for this video!!!
Yet another WOW from Austin Texas and Molly Brown and K-Lee 🌈😂👍
Beautiful design. Love it❤️

That turned out so cool! Now I’m wondering what would happen if alcohol inks were added in with the soap???
Thank you 😍! Hmm, interesting thought. I can even imagine it on white clay. Might be worth a try... 😊

Really beautiful and I’ve been looking for a way to use my metallic paints! Glad you’re back 😊
Thank you very much! 🫶 I am sure you will make wonderful pieces with your metallic paints 😊
Great!!! 👍 Thanks for the life hack
Thank you! 😊
Wow 😮
Beautiful!!! I've not found a spray on varnish that doesnt become sticky in 6 months. Does this brand not get sticky after a while?
Thank you very much! 😍 Even after 1 year, I did not experience stickiness, but I only used it on Premo polymer clay. Feel free to use e.g. the FIMO varnish instead of the spray! 🙂
Wow, that is so cool.. How did you come up with the idea to use soap bubbles?
Thank you very much! 😊 In the summer, my nail artist decorated my nails with this technique. I had to try it with my own resin... 😀
Cómo se le habrá ocurrido?😮😮
En verano, una artista de uñas me decoró las uñas con esta técnica. 😀 Lo probé con mi propia resina y me gustó mucho el resultado. 😊
In love with this process. Do you think you could use this on a canvas? Obsessed x
😍
If you already have a layer of dry acrylic paint on the canvas and you apply the resin to that, then I think the project will be successful. 🙂
Thank you I will be giving it a go x@@aginekojewelry
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Show❤
Beautiful! I liked them better before you put the gold in though.
Thank you so much for the amazing work! I was thinking if this would work with regular resin? I don't use UV resin. Thank you.
Thank you! 😊 I don't think this technique works with regular resin because the resin needs to cure quickly for the bubble surface effect 😔
Thank you for your reply and thank you for your work you create amazing things!!!@@aginekojewelry
😍
These are beautiful!
For the polymr clay; did the UV light harden it or did you bake it or did the spray varnish harden it?
Thank you 😊 I baked the cutted out polymer clay pieces at the beginning. After baking, I put the UV resin on it (with the foam), only this was cured by the UV light.
Ok! Yes that makes sense!😊
😱❤️
