Airbus A320 Landing- Low Visibility Vs Good Visibility on The Same Runway in Istanbul Airport

Two approaches on the same Runway 36 in Istanbul New Airport. Different weather , first landing is cloudy and Low visibility , Second is in Clear weather in Winter.
