driving over the old lady gave a level up so you dont die crashing into store wall 2. Normally you dont hit old lady and have extra speed there and go thru the wall

This is fake, he's obviously using TAS. There's no way to clothe your character with a mask so quick, and the grandma npc cannot respawn so quick to where she died. So fake.
