Your instrument must be a freakin’ big church organ, squeezed somehow in that tiny squeezebox; and that instrument deserves a musician like you. This interpretation is worthy to stand next to the best organ performances. Thank you!
I think this is the best performance of this piece I have heard, on the organ or otherwise. The clarity of the counterpoint was amazing.
Wasn't it! And the triplet section was FOR ONCE perfectly judged and executed. This guy wipes the floor with everyone else: it is the best performance of the piece I have heard, putting organists to shame. I love this guy!
What a masterful performance: my sincere congratulations. Every detail was there. You dared to stretch the tempo where it needs to be slower to define the figuration, and you subtly return to tempo when that is required. This is the touch of a true artist. I have never heard this piece played with such delicacy and intelligence: you are a very great musician.
Agreed, although my only complaint would be the tempo overall of the passacaglia, a bit slow to me. After all, a passacaille is a dance! In my opinion, most artists play the passacaglia too slow and the fugue too fast - I prefer the opposite for both.

Questa passacaglia è probabilmente la musica più sublime del sommo Maestro. È una ricerca profondo nello spirito di Bach. Una linea tematica nel basso più profondo...apre la scena alle più belle variazione che solo il sommo Maestro poteva scrivere. Interpretato con maestria con grande precisione...hai tenuto di conto il fraseggio e la capienza della fisarmonica nella sua totalità.un contrappunto che non si arresta mai nella sua creatività. Complimenti.
This has to be the best instrument for articulating this piece. The bass-line is unbelievable, has that "sound of the spheres" that I think Bach was going for. Perfect rendition, perfect staging, perfect everything.

Wow, what a wonderful rendition of the fugue. The major sections sound so lovely on this instrument. One can really hear the rich texture of the fugue that I think is typically muddled by the enormous sound and echo of organs.
This is amazing. I'm a very particular critic when it comes to Bach interpretations and this was just spectacular. You let Bach's genius shine through your instrument. Bravo.
My favourite piece of Bach played with incredible skill and talent on a very difficult instrument. Awesome. bThis guy is living this piece with his very soul.

This performance is exceptionnally impressive AND moving. Although I have also played classical music on the accordion for a few decades, I didn't think this piece was playable on our instrument. Hats off Sir !!!

Der Wahnsinn, was ein Akkordeon mit so einem Meister auf die Beine stellen kann. Ich wünsche Dir ein langes Leben und mach weiter so. In meiner Familie wird sehr gerne Akkordeon gespielt. Das hier ist anderes Universum. Ich hoffe mehr von Dir zu hören.

To me, this piece is bach greatest achievement in compositional virtuosity, and thus my favorite of bach and the era. Your interpretation of this masterwork is beautiful and masterfully executed. It reminds me of the Stokowski transcriptions for orchestra. I imagine that was your inspiration, as the tempo and overall expression match that version (which to me is better than the Richter version). Well done. Bravo! Bravo!

Sublime...tive o privilégio de "ouver" na Gulbenkian! Para quem ouve e vê é o entrar numa atmosfera única, no que é a essência do criador e intérprete...o Músico (quase) Total! Naturalmente entendemos, de tanta coisa ( e boa ) que temos acesso, que há momentos singulares que só alguns podem ter e dar, um pouco clichê, um pouco de nós se revê através "daquele" e "daquela" música e isso é difícil...mas o que sentimos não se traduz em palavras...talvez o sentir faça a diferença!
