A tip I can give you, when fighting Kasuki, take the staircase and stand behind the wall (just like you did at 10:15), so you can hit Kasuki with a weapon but he will remain on the other side of the wall just watching you due to his poor AI

I think something that i discover in gta liberty city stories is that we can't go to the other islands cause the bridge and tunnel are on reparations and they are some workers prosteting to the mayor
