Because if we translate word for word, it would not be as poetic; it would just lose the gist of it. "öldürdün beni" if you translate word for word means "you killed me" and it is not what it is meant. So literary translations cannot be translated like that.
I hope this helps, but if you want the original song's transcription then you will have to find it for me so that I can do that for you. In the mean time, enjoy my interpretation, which I believe to be true to its meaning.

Notice he didn't correct the Dr when she referred to Zeynep as his wife too, that didn't surprise me at all and gave a good indication of where Zeynep stands in Halil's heart.

Oh, this episode was worth the wait of the weekend and coming back from work to watch. When Halil says “ …you talk and I will listen and I’ll listen to you for the rest of my life..” ❤❤ wonderful acting by both. Gokberk’s acting is exceptional!!! He looks hot 💯🔥 in this white shirt!! I think we will all get red in the face and feel hot if Gokberk/Halil was that close to our face!

Halil, I cannot believe how good looking you are especially in that white shirt. I couldn’t take my eyes off you.. not that I can when you wear anything else but white definitely highlights your handsome looks. As for Zeynep.. well she is just gorgeous.. these two are the perfect match for each other.. Coming back to the acting.. clearly excellent both of them. But for me Halil’s acting is mind blowingly realistic. I am completely drawn into the story and it’s thanks to their acting abilities that I am also living every moment. I love everything about this series and just keep rewatching over and over again from the very first episode.

Episode 101 was beautiful. Beautiful in the parallel structure, symbolism, storytelling, and interpretaion/ acting. Halil wanted to start their relationship over. Go back to the boy and the girl on Wind Hill. He received his chance. From singing Zeynep's favorite song to comfort her to cradling her and physically putting himself between her and the outside world as she fraily lay in the hospital bed, his words, actions, and body language harkened back to their childhood beginning. At the same time, Halil is also living in the present. He never corrected the doctor when she referred to Zeynep as his wife and spouse. She is that to him. She is his gown-up beloved. As for Alper, he walked past the broken building and their presence within it and wandered around in the woods. He literally and figuratively "could not see the forest for the trees." Wow. Beautiful episode.
What a relief he must be feeling to finally accept his love for her. How fortunate are those who recognise this feeling and then act upon it. Its not a passing distraction but a deep strong everlasting one! Halil looked extra handsome today.. Zeynep looked adorable.. Alpers jaws keep jutting out more and more and now we hope if tmrw can come any sooner
