Well, Rahu is mainly responsible factor for narcissistic personality disorder.... What I realised going through some psychological clinical presentation of people having such type of NPD . Such combination might be responsible Astrologically, 1)The kaam trikon should be consider first ; If there is Sun + Rahu combination in any of these house like in 3rd, 7th or 11th or 5/9 position for Rahu and Sun .
2) If lagnesh is afflicted by Rahu alongwith sun and moon are also disturbed by some malefic aspects or conjunction of enemical planets .
Narcissistic tendency can be controlled or reduced or nullify by some benefic planets or their aspect or some friendly planets conjunctions with lagnesh .
If someone have these combination for NPD then they should try to serve their parents and should do meditation during bedtime. The nature of Meditation might be like what I did today with my near and dear ? Did I do right to them ? If somewhere I have done wrong with them then how should I correct by behaviour? Etc.

I have rahu in cancer..when i ws in relationship i was very emotional..but not now ..the relationship ended..but not i dont feel my emotions anymore..the emotions were very real..I just dont know if i am narcissistic at not..i will definitely take care

Ms. Anindita..i watch various astologers on youtube but none of them talk about this aspect. A narc can literally break you emotionally and i couldn't find any topic whuch related narcs and astrology. Keep it up and bring more unique topics like father son relation
1) Lagna lord in 1st house - Person will work on himself.
2) Lagna Lord conjunct with Rahu in 1st house - person will obsessed with himself, will do whatever it takes keep them happy and since ketu in 7th house obviously there is detachment from spouse. However if lagna lord happens to be a Jupiter then there is some relief. If moon/venus then tendency increases with mars highest.
3) Mars and Venus combination in Venusian sign for male and martian sign for female - creates high sexual desire, if afflicted with aries or scorpio is afflicted with rahu either by sign or its placement, it is a sign of desire to control anyone.
Note : if lagna lord and rahu is conjunct in the first house itself it is the first sign of self obsession, if it taking in other houses then it is not.
4) aspect of Jupiter on Sun is another if Sun is very placed sign wise in aries leo Saggitarius, then is a relief since Sun is the naisargik karka for soul.
(Aspect of strong Jupiter from trikona will pacify the combination am will ensure that native is morally correct)
This are my personal observation and your research can be different.
Thank you!! From my experience, the Moon aspect is crucial. For instance, only Venus, Jupiter, and Rahu combo without the Moon aspect is not enough to make someone highly narcissistic. The moon has to be linked to Rahu.
