Another great video! Only concern is the blanket ladder right over the CO monitor / alarm ....that could interfere with its effectiveness . Otherwise loved it!

The cat bed is amazing
FYI, if you are placing items in front of a carbon monoxide detector, you are rendering it 100% useless. It needs free access to the air in the room to be able to detect the CO. Frankly, what you’re suggesting is really dangerous.

A very good way to die from Carbon Monoxide is to block your carbon monoxide detector.
Also do not block your thermostat.

Yes, I've used a lamp in the kitchen, and bathroom. ...from the time I was in my 20's.... I lived alone as a single woman, had them on a timer . I'm now in my 60's and still do that.

I love so many of your tips, tricks and ideas. May I offer you one? Keep your candle wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch. They’ll look nicer when not lit….and make the flames a nice height when you’re ready to light them. ❤️

So do you still have something for your cats to scratch? Scratching is a huge part of a cats nature. The have really cute decorative look wall scratchers. If they try scratching the furniture maybe pick up some on Amazon.
Having a Lamp in the kitchen is not a new thing. 😊 my generation grew up with one. It was nice coming home late after a party and talking about how our night went with our family members. I still keep a lamp on, Good tips thanks for sharing.

Walmart has really brought in higher quality with their “Better Homes” line. That tray is smashing!
Animal food bags are made to keep the food fresh and not go stale. Instead of emptying the food into a container maybe opt for one that’s solid that still looks nice but you can also put the bag in! 😊
The hanging baskets are my favorite. I'm checking walmart or Amazon. I'm going to hang one on my Livingroom closet door, hall closet, bedroom door, both bathrooms & master bedroom.

I thought the same thing! I love all other ideas shared and am interested in some of the products for my own home. But please don’t cover your carbon monoxide detectors as you can prevent a true detection from happening in your home and with carbon monoxide- quick detection is critical!

Like the concept of this vid, but covering your carbon monoxide detector is not the most practical thing 🥴.
Would recommend to install it lower to the ground because carbon monoxide is a heavier gas that concentrates more at a lower level.
Yes! I had these same thoughts. The CO detector should be close to the ground to work effectively.

Another great video! I LOVE the game/table decor. Would like to implement those games in our home. We enjoy our ottomans as well. We use them for everything that you mentioned including a TV Tray for snacks! We also have glass jars for additional storage!

For your safety please don’t cover your carbon monoxide detector with fabric blankets. This will impede the sensors from reading any gas and therefore makes the detector useless.
