If you're wondering, Lucifer was once the God of Pride in heavens but after betraying Jesus, he was banished from heavens and descended down to hell, which made him a fallen angel and the ruler of Hell; aka God of Wrath. Satan is another name for Lucifer. And yes, our Lucifer in Hazbin Hotel here is that fallen angel I mentioned. So, there's no way Alastor could be relate to Lucifer or Charlie.
