These rankings are based on speed record. So an average speed for the Fat Controller would probably be as fast as Alicia or the Culdee Fell Engines.
@@cactusparty258 That's the thing about including human characters; they obviously won't be able to run as fast as the fastest humans ever.

They're only two of several BR Class 08 diesels in the franchise. Others include Diesel, Paxton, Sidney, Splodge (although their models were reskins of 'Arry and Bert, and were reverted after Magic Railroad), and the mainland diesels in TGR.

Could you provide me with evidence that I’m wrong? This isn’t me calling you out on any bs, I just want to know why you think I’m wrong. And quite frankly I’m unsure about Caitlin’s speed too.
@@cactusparty258 The wiki says her top speed is 118 MPH, which matches up with her speed in the show, but her basis's is 85, as I just learned. I'm gonna try to get to the bottom of it, especially since her basis seems to be streamlined. However, the wiki's top speeds for Connor and Spencer match their bases.
OK, so apparently it's since Caitlin is based on an individual real-life locomotive of that class but that was streamlined, allowing it to reach 118 MPH.
After more research, it seems Gordon's streamlined form from The Great Race is also based on an individual locomotive of a class not usually streamlined (in this case, Hank's class).

Bruh, Moby-Dick isn't even a model series character; he's live action. And he only appears as an extremely minor character in a single scene of Magic Railroad.
I just wanted an excuse to add more animal characters 🤷♀️
@@cactusparty258 Then why not Mutt? He at least appeared in many scenes, and even had a little plot significance by guiding Lily to the wrong train. That was even more significant though in the original cut where it was because Mutt wanted to guide Lily away from P. T. Boomer.
Funny story, I originally wanted to include Mutt in my rankings but I had no info about what kind of dog he is. Sure I could’ve ranked him on the average dog but that’s boring. And for the size comparison video, I just flat-out forgotten to include him

Jeremy was one of the characters I couldn’t find a top speed for surprisingly (at the time)
