If Justin was drafted in the 2nd round everyone would view them the same, skillset wise. Jalen has the privilege of starting with a better run franchise with better coaching. Invest in fields and see what happens, you can do it for cheap, bolster the roster and find coaching that can run the modern NFL. If it doesn’t work out you have resources for a future QB. Run the eagles and ravens offensive schemes with your own wrinkles. Make it happen. Abandon the hubris and be realistic.
