    The girl at 3:35 talking about the inevitable effects of aging. There is a misconception that people have that getting older automatically means degradation. And sure there is some, but a huge amount of it can be avoided through your lifestyle. There are very attractive girls in their 40s. It's rare because most people don't keep up with their health but it shows that it is possible, and that you don't have to feel desperate because you're getting older, like there's no way to avoid the negative consequences with respect to attractiveness, because there are many ways.
    What people consider "aging" in the negative sense is actually the accumulation of cellular damage over time that never gets addressed, as well as slowly gaining weight. If you avoid damaging your body like through the sun ruining your skin, or actually getting injured, that's a huge part of avoiding the negative effects of aging. Part 2 is after avoiding damage, you can improve yourself if you exercise every day, even if it's just 10 minutes on an elliptical to get your blood pumping, that does a huge amount for clarifying your skin and overall helping your mental and physical health and attractiveness. Also it's been shown that fasting for 3 full days significantly cleans the body from viruses, misfolded cells, and even produces beneficial hormones that increase brain functionality and also produces stem cells which are magical repairing cells for the body. Not to mention the fat loss it helps with. I saw a video where two guys fasted for I think it was a week or so. They took CT scans of their bellies before and after, and they lost over half of their belly fat just fasting for 7 days! And belly fat on a woman is a huge turn off for a lot of guys so to be able to eliminate more than half of it in just a week or two is pretty incredible along with the other health benefits I was mentioning above that is causes.
    Most people just sit around and are too lazy to keep up their health and so this is why aging is seen as this inevitable decline, when really it's not, it's only inevitable if you are unwilling to get regular exercise and have a healthy diet and take steps to reduce stress and leading a fulfilling life.
    And that girl who was 20 who said she was hoping to have peak beauty at age 30 man I don't think she understands how female attractiveness works. I'm going to be brutally honest here and I don't mean to be mean at all but this is how real life works and people are better off knowing the truth so they can make better choices even if they are hard choices. Hard choices lead to a good life, easy choices lead to a hard life. It's easy to sit around eating ice cream watching netflix but that leads to a hard time dating. It's hard to make yourself exercise regularly and eat well and work on addressing your shortcomings, but that leads to an easy time dating.
    She already has chin fat and blemished skin and she is only 20. This is easily reversible though, especially at that age. She could honestly reverse those two negatives within a month or two if she tried. But if she doesn't start taking better care of herself she for sure will not be more attractive at 30. Generally most girls are the most attractive from around 18 to 25. If they stay in shape and are super healthy and stress free (Check out Sten Ekberg channel for learning the real ways to do those things) then they can be super attractive until past 40 easily, but most people are just unwilling to put in the work that it takes to be in top shape mentally and physically, and when you don't put effort into staying in shape, that's when beauty peaks by 25 and goes down from there. It's a choice and I'm not saying I'm perfect, and I know I am lazy and could put in more effort and should be, but anyway I'm rambling. I just wanted to help that girl because she clearly doesn't understand how it works. She's already only a 5 or 6/10 at age 20 which is crazy because most girls are most attractive at that age, and if she just put in a little effort she could easily lose that neck fat and get clear beautiful skin and easily become a 7 or 8/10.
    Even with the benefit of only being 20, (which is that she was still growing up until that age, which means it's harder to be fat since your body was using the calories to grow up), she still has unattractive neck fat. And now that she's done growing she won't have the benefit of calories going towards growth so if she makes no changes to her lifestyle she will almost certainly gain weight much faster now and be even more unattractive by 30. Just because her mom peaked at 30 doesn't mean she automatically will. She could if she put in the work but it's not just something that will come automatically because it happened to her mom. And if she put in the work before 30 then she could peak even earlier than that, because the most natural time to peak for girls like I said is around 18-25. The only reason generally you would peak after that is either very rare genetics, or because you were in bad physical shape during your most advantageous age to be attractive, and then took better control and got in shape later. But I don't want to sound like there's no hope after 25 just because that's the natural oldest age to peak generally, because like I was saying if you stay in shape and in good health you can still be very attractive even if you are after your peak, until 40 and later. I've seen attractive women in their 50s, it's just super rare because most people are too lazy or have too hard of a life to stay in shape and healthy for so many years. Anyway I know people won't like me for writing this but it's just the truth and I'm used to not being liked for telling the truth but I just think that the more people understand how the world really works, the better chance they have of being successful so I really am just trying to help.

      Yep. You definitely rambled. A lot. Your idea of beauty is just your idea. I think the young lady is very beautiful as is. Hopefully she does exercise. I wish I could exercise but I'm disabled. I do work part-time and I pretty much stick to a diabetic diet because I am a type one diabetic. Oops. I will stop here so that I don't ramble on.

    4:40 "Society has been telling us something is beautiful for so long, I think it's time to start changing that, you know?" Totally doesn't understand how it works. You aren't going to change millions of years of evolutionary pressure on instinctive mate selection as if it's a problem with "society". This is common these days, I heard it on NPR the other day women saying the same thing about changing the standards of what's attractive to be more open minded and accepting. But that's just not how it works. I know it's brutal for girls but the truth is that having a thin belly and having clear skin will always be more attractive for most guys than the alternative. The only reason women say that standards need to change is because it's easier for them if society changed than for them to put in the work to stay in shape and healthy. It's like saying, it's not my fault I was speeding, the speed limit on this road obviously should be higher. It's a scapegoat. It's avoiding responsibility. And I'm not saying it's easy or I'm perfect but these misconceptions are doing more harm than good I think for a lot of people in the dating market.

    • @divertiti
      @divertiti 3 месяца назад

      It's you who "totally doesn't understand". Beauty standards are entirely socially constructed. There were cultures and times in history where women being chubby and large were deemed more beautiful, and being slim was unattractive. That includes ancient Greece and still exists today in many other parts of the world. There are cultures where long necks are deemed the standard of beauty, so much so they stretch their necks with metal rings. There were cultures where small feet were deemed the standard of beauty, so much so they bound their feet. All of that are entirely socially constructed, none of the beauty standards are universal nor inherent. This is why education and the ability to think critically is so important. Ironically you try to correct someone else with utter ignorance. Educate yourself.
