If your mom needs help getting her body back into homeostasis so it may correct these issues on it's own, with 100% natural products her doctor will stand behind, I would be happy to help. She doesn't have to live this way.

It is better and more efficient to ingest less carbs (sugar) than to use medication to lower blood glucose. LCHF is one way of achieving impressive control over blood glucose control and other metabolic syndrome.

The world's best pharmaceuticals are found in plant-based foods (fruits, veggies, grains, legumes, nuts, seeds, herbs, spices, etc). For example Proanthocyanidins (PACs) bind bacterial Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) thus preventing inflammation! Foods high in PACs include cinnamon, cocoa, tea, cranberries, blueberries, black berries, grapes, plums, apple skin, almond skin, hazelnut skin, black beans, black rice, purple cabbages, purple carrots, purple potatoes, purple beets ... Just one of many amazing things in plant-based foods that are perfect for your gut biome. Metformin is based on a compound found in French Lilac plant.

Your numbers for diabetes are way too high if you think that on the 180 after meals he's okay then you're in for some serious repercussions any blood sugar spikes over a hundred 50 mg can cause damage to organs you should always try and keep your after meal spiced 1 to 150 preferably 140 or below

Gud one , i could not control sugar on herbal/aurvedic medicines and diet alone , required to go for allopathic medicines which brought imediate reduction in hba1c from 8 to 6.

Very informative, though unnecessary for whole food plant based dieters.
Management is for people who are resistant to switch to healthy lifestyle, aka incurable people.

Benchmark Pharmacy While I’m a believer in plant based eating. We need to keep in mind that people with diabetes are individuals ( so it’s not a one size fits all) Lifestyle is definitely a huge component of management.

Really old information and only one- sided to promote pharmaceuticals. Says NOTHING about real actual guidance for everyday choices for people to AVOID reoccurrence and return to a healthy state which is FULLY achievable with food and activities. Ddisappointing program 💔😰👎
