I remember decades ago when it was announced that we had nothing to fear from Russia’s ICBM’s. The soldiers guarding the sites had drunk all of the alcohol that actuates the pistons that open the covers to let the missiles out. Without the alcohol in the pistons, not only could they not function, they rusted into the closed position. They don’t have the ability to fix them.

After the war Russian weapons will have proved their low quality and only a few customers will buy it as they cannot pay for better ones.
