No special setting on graphic card or AMD Adrenaline Software, just set very low in game and it will be run smooth.
The RX 570 4gb will be match with i7 3770 with less bottleneck, that's why the FPS bit higher compare to another higher GPU i've tested.

@@theguywithak i7 3770 Rx 570 4gb 16gb 1600mhz. I used to get more than 60 on medium high settings, a year back

I have tried RX 570 with this 3770 i7 previous day, it is correct that the FPS is unstable, i changed it with RX 580 and it works better, so i think you need to change the GPU to 580.
