Perhaps you could partner with a bike repair shop on what should be in a good home bicycle maintenance toolkit. I'm sure there are probably specialist/ quirky bicycle tools/ small accessories that would be fun to review also. Just an idea !

When my Dad passed a couple years ago I wound up with his 4 foot wood level made by American (the brand), I am not sure how old it is, but I know my Dad had it for at least 40 years. It is beat up a bit and a couple of the glass protectors are busted but all the level bubbles are still good and it still functions as it should. It is a beautiful workmanship that you just don't see often anymore.
So glad you found that Crick level, I've never heard of them. Their website sells levels as small as 8 inches and they've got a 12. All of them are customizable...you can choose vial color, rubber cushions, anti fog lenses, magnets. You can even choose from a few different wood options and have it engraved! A bit expensive but that's an heirloom quality tool
The idea to do a video on wooden tools is great but only if its for New makes for older tool (IMO) would be better as most don't have time too look for older tool or have the patients like you do.

3:34 I believe the sand in the dead blow hammer helps absorb the energy and shock that is created through striking an object, probably has something to do with helping to add some weight to the mallet aswell to balance it, could be wrong but that's my thought. Either way another interesting video👍
❤ That level is amazing! I love how they stand up for thier product. I would love to see you do a Shadow wall for a crafter ie painter, resiner. Love seeing all the tools. ❤
Knipex are the only ones for circlips. We replace a lots of bearings in our race car and their internal circlip pliers turns a 2 man 10 minute job into a 10 second piece of cake. I never knew that circlip pliers were uniquely sized on the clip size until recently
That shop reminds me of a local independent shop we used to have in town called Hoods. Lots of stuff hidden away and you could spend a while just looking around. Unfortunately long gone.
Another great video filled with quirky tools 😎 the sand in a dead blow hammer is there to distribute the energy of the strike over a longer period of time.
Channellock Code Blue WideAzz series are hands down the best adjustable wrenches I've used. Most comfortable handle and widest mouth available that I've found. They pair nicely with Knipex Cobras or Pliers Wrenches!

I LOVE TOOL STORES IN AMERICA!! Sorry did I just shout that?.. I used to be an aircraft mechanic and I spent a couple years working in America but 9/11 happened while I was there and that was the beginning of the end of my aviation career. I accumulated an eclectic mix of quirky specialist aviation tools that I hadn’t seen while working here in Ireland and Europe! It seems, if there was an oddball task, even if it didn’t happen often, the Americans would design a tool for it! We’d just make do and modify whatever we had to make it work! 😂 My favourite tool store of all time was Tool territory in Sears but sears is now long gone! 😢 I could spend a whole day in sears just browsing… suited the Mrs too as she could do the rest of the mall.. 😂 I visited the states last year but only got to visit a harbour freight store. They get a bad rap for cheap tools but wouldn’t we love to have them here!! The value is unreal because not all of their stuff is bad. I would have loved your sf system when I was in aviation back then! My last job in the states was a contract for the usaf and I had to shadow every single tool I had but I was doing it with white packing foam.. 🙄 Anyway I’m now a maintenance tech in a medical device factory back home in Cork and not overly bothered by the tools as much. But your videos bring me right back! 😂 Keep up the great videos! Ps I’ve just had a thought as I was about to send this.. I do a lot of metal detecting and my detector is worth about €1200 so it needs to be looked after. Maybe I need to find a suitable case and get your foam?? 🤔🤔🤔
