Calling Elk Early

Early season can be an incredible time to kill a BIG bull, but it is also one of the more difficult times in many areas because the elk aren't typically fired up yet. That does not mean that calling doesn't work though! In fact, it can be extremely effective if it is done right. Zach is highly regarded for his ability to "speak elk." And in this video he lays out his early season approach to calling bulls.

What if the elk are talking early in the season and then shut down later as the peak of the rut moves in. I had the bulls going early on but now the woods went silent any help is much appreciated. Roosevelt Hunter btw
