Moke actually has improved a lot which is apparent in the last tournament he played now he is at par with the bad ass punk. This a great match. It's as close as it gets.
Man this is such a hard match up for me as a Chun main. Any Chun that can do well in this match up is my hero.
I wish Punk had kept to using Chun. He was doing well with her. But of course, with the cheapass throw loops and far-ranged CA/ Level 3 Super Cammy possesses… 🥱🤮🙄🫤🤨😒

@@hushy79I mean, Cammy needs the throw loops. She doesn’t have an overhead, so her offensive pressure consists of the strike/throw mixup.
Plus, her cross-up jLK isn’t that great.
It’s crazy man. Just shows you that Moke is a god. He makes Chun Li look like a top tier character and the fact he can beat Punk who is using a top tier is insane.

Damn since Punk is in Japan I only have see him losing, Japan is improving a lot in this game, Moke been one of the most improved players.
Word, this could have gone either way though. Hard to consider this a loss for Punk. And this is coming from someone rooting for Moke to win the set
This is just training. All that really matters is who wins those big tournaments.

top players change a lot by game. I expect we will see some new dominants emerge with this one. Older players who can adapt over multiple games and maintain a high level are rare. Be interesting to see how relevant punk is in 10 or 15 years in comparison to high level play.

Chun Li should speak Mandarin or Cantonese. If not, her English should be with an accent. I'm for characters to sound like they come from the countries they represent.
Notice Cammy has a British accent but the same care doesn't go for other characters.

This is "top tier"?? Id smash em both. They just need to give me a 100 second head start. And i only need to win 1 round to win. Ive called Punk and Moke. I played them with my own rules, and somehow, I lost.
Good thing there's combo breakers so you can't get hit 30 times. Cammy is the worst street fighter char.

Yawn. This is just another highlight between skill (Moke) vs broken tools + luck (Punk). Cammy's nothing but a thief. She literally stole Chun-Li's walkspeed and Hazanshu's effectiveness against projectiles. On top of those, she can divekick with no restriction, and because she doesn't have a floaty jump like Chun, she can just abuse that thing while Chun has to always keep herself on the ground. Dumb devs really have no idea about balance.

Dude you don't know what you're talking about. All Punk does is whiff punish and reaction check incoming drive rush. There isn't a more raw skill play style than this and every Japanese Player will tell you exactly this. Punk is raw skill.
