When I was younger my parents told me not to practice Yoga as it is not of God. I can admit that in my 20s I have done at home yoga as a form of stretching before working out, but would pray and focus on God while doing so. I’m grateful for what she shared!

She tried with that one . But this is not the first time I heard about the yoga and being a Christian not doing it. I never done it, was not in my spirit to start it. I went to church and we had a visit from a a prophet name Charlie sweet and he told me I was a good listener of people and it's always been my passion to be a therapist and are done with a lot of people that has suicidal issues even with my own children dealing with depression and going through definitions of their own especially during the COVID era in 2020 I love this episode here.

You didn’t go into with your mind feeling that way so God knows. Cause he knows our hearts. You wanted relief and exercise. I’m sure he took it as that. Sometime we’re so hard on ourselves for simple life healthy habits ( outside of our bibles) that Christian’s judge but it’s just a healthy hobbies and safe things with the way of the world. Now if you get to worshipping or confined, or people speaking or talking ill it’s time to go. 😂 PERIOD.
Us Muslim people believe in Jesus. We call Him Essa or Issa. We believe in Marie/Miriam and there chapters in the Quran our holy book dedicated to Jesus, His mother Miriam and even Jesus' maternal grandfather Imran. We believe in the same God as the Jewish people and the Christians. There are a few differences in some of the beliefs such as we consider God to be a Supreme Being, and Jesus to be a Messiah or Prophet. Most of the teaching is the same.

I went to church and we had a visit from a a prophet name Charlie sweet and he told me I was a good listener of people and it's always been my passion to be a therapist and are done with a lot of people that has suicidal issues even with my own children dealing with depression and going through definitions of their own especially during the COVID era in 2020 I love this episode here.
