This is so important. Women show they often need POWERFUL examples of what it’s like to take accountability for how THEY contribute to a situation. It does mean “blame”. And do you see how effortlessly she says it?

I remember her on the reality show that she was on and I loved the way she handled herself professionally and was not swayed to do the degrading “famous” stupidity that I see our other black women doing. She LEFT the show before it got to that! I WAS SOOOO PROUD of her for that and I’ve been following her since- i am praying for both of you ladies success in business but most importantly success in love! You both deserve it ❤️🙏

Exactly. Two ppl MUST become 1...this necessitates sacrifices from both, but most often selfish, separate desires transcend what's best for the whole. SO many get married for the wrong reason with a lack of understanding & commitment, hence the divorce rate & /or unfulfilled so called partnerships.

She’s such a amazing spirit I love that this interview took place. I follow her on social media and I watched her on a reality show. She removed herself from the show and I love that she kept her morals and her standards instead of trying to be a reality star.

This was an awesome video! As a woman who is working on growing my own business, while being married and with a child I've learned to set healthy boundaries. I take one day off out of the week where I focus solely on spending intimate time with my family. No real estate business is done on that day. I think it's good if we can set some healthy boundaries where we can so those who are a part of our lives don't feel neglected. I don't know Quiana personally but I do believe she serves as a great inspiration for female business owners in real estate.

Thank you so much for this video crystal, grateful for Quiana's story there are so many gems that were valuable in her story. I definitely appreciate her speaking on her story with real estate and wanting to actually take the time to explain to people what they are getting into. I am a homeowner and the real estate lady that I had was also black but she only cared about a check and this inspired me to want to help more people as well with purchasing their first-time home and having the knowledge behind the experience.

An Alpha Female? What is that? A woman with muscle? I am still trying to figure out what is an Alpha Male. In my opinion I believe my partner is just that, us trying to build something for our future to share. Very comfortable with my Lady walking along side of me holding hands. 27 years later and still holding hands.
An Alpha woman in my opinion is a dominant woman who carries strong masculine traits and lacks femininity. These type of women prefer to wear the pants but can’t seem to figure out why they can’t get or keep a man wearing those same pants because it emasculates them

This was a great conversation! I feel you can have it at the same time if your partner wants the same thing. I am a Libra ♎️ and we need a partner that can balance you. I feel when you are in a position that is demanding, you have to have tough conversations with your partner. If you can prioritize your work life, you should be able to do it in your personal. I feel that in a relationship, you have to CHECK IN with your partner. I am so happy you explained ALPHA FEMALE. My girls always talk about this. I always say, "I want to sit in the passenger seat and let him drive." We have to be able to take the BOSS hat on and put the WOMANs hat on. Take time to relax, relate, and release. It's possible to have it all, it's just going to take ALOT OF WORK.
Both of you can not have it all at the same time, especially if children involved
Why Crystal sounds while she is talking are somehow annoying and distractive 🫣 I mean you have such a deep strong sweet voice, it over come your guest who is fully emotional and following her train of thoughts (a lil distractive to listen to sometimes but nothing mean honey I promise 🥰🌷💕)

I don’t think allowing a man to lead means that you as a woman has to discount your likes. Women should vet properly and ensure that the man is attentive to who you are and your likes & genuinely want to do that for you because he wants to see you happy.

She literally explained it in the video
A leader. Normally women want an alpha man. And an alpha woman can be seen as “masculine”. But she debunks that theory in the video. I hope that helps!
IF you TRUST Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, you CANNOT be the Alpha and Omega of your own life. The Bible teaches that Jesus is the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End, the First and the Last. We are to make Jesus the HEAD over our lives and not ourselves. If we don't, we will not go into the direction the Lord has set out for us. The enemy will be able to deceive us into thinking we're on the right path when we're not, but to us, it FEELS like it. God doesn't go by our feelings. He goes by what is RIGHT. Pay attention to these words. Jesus does not make mistakes in anything that he does, but we as human beings can get off track.
