Fighting For The Future Episode 3 Puran Rai, Veteran Boxer

In the Third episode we cover a seasoned veteran boxer Mr. Puran Rai. At an age where most athletes conclude their careers, Puran Rai keeps on going and wants to go further and hopes to see Nepalese athletes among the best in the future.
Watch the story of an athlete living all alone, who regards boxing as the only family he has, the only thing he really has.
For the first time ever in Nepal, we have come up with a 12 part mini documentary series dedicated to hard working boxers of Nepal, their lives, achievements and struggles.
Sports sector in Nepal needs to be cared for but the scene is quite ugly.
The harsh conditions are in the end faced by the hard working athletes and they do face a lot of struggle along the way.

I know this guy from since 2000 or even early, he is also black belt in karate, He also have won a lot of tournament in karate. He is a true legend, he was my guru in karate also later he switch to boxing I think 2003, one of his problem is he over trains. Huge respect to you dai.

Been almost 20 years since I knew him, he just over trains which is very bad. He has a great potential even at the age of 39-40 years but he fatigues quickly during matches due to not recovering well.
