Shila and GEM made the show entertaining every time. start from 40:27 when Jason finished his performance. Shila was clapping and cheering, then GEM said " He has a wife you know that right?" Shila:"I know! You know! I know! We both know!" at 41:17, Shila further commented: "What I mean his smile is...Girls like that..He knows girls like that.." (GEM kept on nodding her head... and both silent..) then Shila further comment at 41:25:"Not, not girls like us.." OMG, couldn't stop laughing..I have a feeling they both like Jason. So weird to say but LOL
Anyone realised this part of the episode is the most watch among the other part . Well .. that because one of the singer here is awesome. That's right. Talking abt shila and gem here. A laugh to see someone else emerged as the winner instead.

Completely do not agree with the result. I do think Shila deserve better than no.6. Not that I think the song choice is right, but Shila's performance is definitely better than BB or Zhang Jie. I could not understand a word of Zhang Jie's singing in the first two sentence.
Shila overestimated her skill and capability, Yang chong is a very difficulty song to nailed, especially the vocal range of this song, the feeling of sad and loneliness you must show it. Even the original singer Yang zong wei didn't perform it at wo shi ge shou I. Yang zong wei and Ding Dang sing this song better. even the feeling, the flow, they both nailed it.
It was a good performance from Shila but I'd like her to sing something else at this point of the competition, anything but ballads. She has nothing to lose anyway, so why not go all out and showcase all her abilities. She has mostly relied on ballads to carry her through week after week (apart from last week's Rolling in the Deep) but other singers have been more receptive to trying out other genres. Honestly, with the current anti-Malaysian sentiment running high in China, it's almost next to impossible for her to win this competition. I genuinely believe that the winner would have been a Chinese singer even if this whole plane incident never happened, the contest is largely a popularity contest and Shila is at a disadvantage for being an outsider. Look at Season 1 of this contest, Terry Lin was the more deserving winner in my opinion but he was the runner-up. People can call it 'musical taste' or whatever they want, it doesn't hide the fact that the better singer came second. For the current season, the winner will most likely be decided amongst Han Lei, Zhang Jie or GEM and that's pretty obvious. I think Shila should change her mindset a little; instead of getting upset over her dismal ranking this week (6th), she should go out and prove to those who doubt her that she has the will to rise above her critics. She has gained plenty of publicity from joining this show and her career will benefit from it in the long run. Best of luck Shila!
