I think the cutter blade should be at least 2mm clearance, and it must be exist in market because after 8 years is possible big gap defect blades correct function
(maybe its twin conning edge and able to put shim washer under rotating blade or maybe bring 0.5mm of sitting surface of stationary blade to reduce clearance of cutting edge

If i was in your 2nd/en position i order to company bring me electronic circuit breaker and adjust it below specific amperage any rapid change in motor speed could stop the vacuum pump to prevent this damage,
Also provideing big magnet and U pipe configuration in suction line can help,
Any way i hadn't faceed with such new STP yet but principal in such machinery remain same.....🙌🔧🔨🚢
Ohh the circuit breaker is a good idea in case someone puts a dumb bolt or something in the toilet, I think our sewage plant has some sort of overload trip however.
The u pipe and magnet I am unsure of the purpose.
There are accumulators in our vacuum line to separate segments of toilets in the accommodation, if any clog happens one can investigate which group of toilets are without vacuum and diagnose the local accumulator.
My second question
Is there any other swage grinding (macerator) between system pipes and STP (in engine room)
And third question is please take hi resolution pictures to see the Clarence between first stages cutting blades (stationary & rotating blade)
And also helical vacuum screw and body
Are they adjustable or re shareable or not?
And finally has the JETS sewage vacuum pump spare blade or vin in market or not?how you figure out if one of primary components broke if it broke up or fail

There is only 1 vacuumator(macerator) which I showed in my most recent video.
The clearance between rotary knife and stationary knife I'm unsure, I'll check soon in the manual to see if it's specified.. However by verifying free rotation I feel like it's enough to ensure proper operation.
The vacuum impeller has a special design that forms crecest shaped pockets of air as it rotates.. These pockets of air suck in the sewage and create vacuum the key part is the inicial vanes that "Scoop" the inicial liquid to incite vaccum. However if there is foam (due to people using detergents) it will be unable to do this "Scooping" and vacuum will not be generated.
We have some spare parts and the vacuum impeller is obviously very important if you check my vacuum impeller video you might notice that the vanes I mentioned are actually a different color.. This is because it had to be welded to repair (we had no spare) and vacuum was not being generated.
The cause was hard materials being flushed, passing through the macerator, and constantly knocking the vacuum impeller..
Now that I write this maybe the clearance has some importance to avoid these hard materials from entering in the first place!

Greetings Shark! Haha well Me as a Engine Shrimp will try my best to answer your questions with my limited knowledge.
This is Jets Vacuum toilet system and it's installed on this vessel which was built in 2011 in a Korean Shipyard, this seems to be a popular system in Korean Vessels (other than passenger ships I'll explain in the other response)

The benifits of this system is that it saves a lot of water! As well as its not prone to clogging (if people use it correctly) however on passenger vessels or vessels with foolish people who like to throw whatever in the toilet.. This will have many problems.
It's also very fancy! Haha these Koreans like their fancy gadgets

Oh my goshhhh! That is a little funny however I'm sorry for the extra job!
I have a video on the vacuumator that I just uploaded, however in order for that to not happen again please tell the crew in the next safety meeting to not put such things in the toilet maybe show them the video so they can see that putting a bolt is crazy!

Sorry for the late reply if you found a solution please share with us.. Troubleshooting I would say check the vaccum line going to the housing or check if there is a clog of toilet paper or stuff that is sticking.
