After watching your video i am easily understood regarding CV, and your vocal quality it's to good, Can you please make the videos regarding process Validation with brief information.
hello sir, I want to ask you a question why you dont take the total surface area of equipment for calculation of MACO in 10 ppm criteria and PDE criteria
Sir please reply they said 19:03 that we will consider the worst case serial no 5th product. My question is that will the 5th number be the previous product for MACO calculation? If that is the previous product so what will be the next product for MACO calculation?
It is calculated based on FTU, it is supposed that for full body application 20.5 g cream is required and maximum it can be applied up to 4 times. So the qty will be 82 g cream.
Hi sir Nice presentation. My doubt is while calculating the MACO value in first formula we used the unit mg for batch size and in second formula we are using unit Kg. Hope there is no error in formula.

Very beautifully explain sir .. Thankyou for sharing Valuable information 🙏👌
Hi Sir, I got cleared most of the doubts with this video. God bless you.
Thanks
Very nice information
Sir please make a video on calculation of PDE/ADE value
Excellent explained sir
Sir very important information
Very helpful video sir
Very informative speech.
Thanks sir for very beautifull explaination
Nice explanation with cool voice.👍
Sir glassware cleaning validation par vi vedio bana do.
very nice sir
Nicely and effectively explained.

Thanks, very soon I will upload process validation video
Sir previous product or next product kese consider krte hai maco calculation me please reply
If your sample in volatile then how to performed swab accuracy and rinse accuracy
How the quantity of rinse water sampling fixed ???
Very very thank u sir
Thank you...keep it up ☺️
Excellent 👌👌
Very nice sir....
hello sir, I want to ask you a question why you dont take the total surface area of equipment for calculation of MACO in 10 ppm criteria and PDE criteria
We need to decide by total surface area in all the calculation. It is explained in same way in video
sir how can I consider the previous product or the next product in MACo calculation please reply 🙏
Nice ❤️❤️
Very nice sir.. thank you

I have seen you at pharmaguidelines site. You are very knowledgeable sir.
Please reply for the same I am so confused about cleaning validation.
Awesome... 🙏🙏🙏🙏
thanks
More helpful
Sir please suggest how to group some equipments in cleaning validation.
It can be grouped based on granulation suite and type of products
Nice demonstration
Very Nice
Hi sir
I have a doubt that if three components are mixed in any of my products, then whose trace analysis sample test should I do?
In that worst molecule among three need to be selected
Best...
Sir please make a video on QMS
Sure
good guidance

Sir please describe how to calculate therapeutic daily dose of cream/ointment
It is calculated based on FTU, it is supposed that for full body application 20.5 g cream is required and maximum it can be applied up to 4 times. So the qty will be 82 g cream.

Thank u sir ji..
Sir also provide formula for pde calculation
Sir how can calculate thereputic daily dose of Tablets
It is calculated based on maximum quantity of API that can be taken per day. Can be obtained from literature
nice video
Sir smallest daily dose kha se pta chalega
From literature of api
@@easyqualitylearning6790 okk sir thnkuu
👍👍
Sir Equipment area calculation topic required
With example Like (octagonal blender)
Why molecules having lower dose is considered??
Because they will give pharmacological effect in less contamination
@@easyqualitylearning6790 as lower therapeutic dose give lower MACO value which would be considered stringent criteria
So jice

Yes 5 th will be previous product, for next product details for calculation you need to choose smallest batch size and largest daily dose from matrix.
@@easyqualitylearning6790 sir is solubility not matter for the next product?
@@easyqualitylearning6790 please reply sir This is my Last confusion.
