Dear sir, If Acc has significant change then based on realtime data we can defined shelf life of the product by multiplication of 1.5 for Zone-IV.
No in zone IV there is no intermediate storage so no extrapolation in case of significant change in accelerated condition
Hello sir hope you are doing well.If we mfg any API in india, the we are under coming in Zone IV A & B right ?Then which condition we sholud keep long term study ??? @30°/65% or 30°/75%. Plz explain
30 DC & 75% RH.
how to select stability samples quantity..??
Based on total samples required for stability analysis plus extra samples of one analysis.
Sir ji method validation or development par bhi video banao please or sir API ke case me significant change ky hota h
Method validation pe already video uploaded hai.
Sir this condition can we apply for lozenges in India?
Yes if it is pharma or food products
Sir accereleted stability kyo karte h
ACC k base par hi shelf life extension go sakta hai. ACC me hame jaldi product trend pata chal jata hai.
Stablity study of nano materials is same content sir
Yes
Sir, what is the difference between stability testing and stress testing…
Stability testing is done at 40 DC & 75 RH, stress testing is done generally on 60 DC to further accelerate degradation.
