I have stayed there in 2005. It is an amazing place. Changed so much. There was a nightclub there called the bomb shelter too.

I'll be staying next month in a single person bivy tent. I'll be coming in by train and am a little worried about leaving my bags in the tent while I'm out exploring during the day. I've already contacted the site and was told that they don't have lockers. Is there anywhere nearby that I can store my bags during the day? I've read the Bahnhof has lockers but are rather small. Just looking for options.

I honestly think this place is really safe. A lot of bags are left unattended through out the day. We never felt like we needed to lock anything. Of course our car was parked right next to our tent. But there was a lot of single tents. They usually put all the single tents in the same area

Camping Jungfrau literally means Camping Virgin😅 and you can translate it into Camping starter, beginner, newbie,(someone who is doing something for the first time).

In this case Jungfrau is simply the name of the mountain.
