Do NOT buy! This broke in 2 years, the warranty is only for a specific part not 10 years like it says in the front label( it does not specify a specific part only on product) no point in having a certain part covered when the whole product stops working!!! JUNK!!!
Ugh, camera person needs to Stop moving back and forth whenever you move !!
Be careful LG warranties not worth the paper their written on.
I got the extended warranty with mine from Best Buy and it’s fantastic

Magnetron can’t be repaired.
When magnetron dies warranty covers parts,labour costs more than unit.
In case when magnetron is gone,best thing is to buy new appliance.Inform yourself.
That warranty is a scam.When I purchased my unit,they had 13 units all together in home depot.Only 2 in working order,11 not fit for sale

F-3 error code popped up and is appearing on the display. How do you fix this? Continues every time it is use. My Neo Chef 0.9 cu. in. microwave is only 3 month old and LG customer service just gives me the run around with finally saying email me with refund never happens. Continuous e-mails during warranty procedures to valid purchase serial number, etc... No e-mail after that promise of refund. Check credit card and nothing. No refund check either. Call back and start over again from step 1. I guess there is no log is kept of the previous conversation? Gave up after 3rd try same result!😧👎
No they won’t help you LG doesn’t stand behind their stuff very well I bought this microwave too for $155 on sale at My local Walmart it works good so far however there’s a vibration noise in the top of the unit while it’s running it appears to be completely safe I used my microwave leak detector and it’s fine,,,however,,,I understand it’s probably the fan as they weren’t lubricated and attached very well from the factory I don’t know?
LG will do absolutely nothing my only other option is to take it back to Walmart within 30 days I think I still have a week or two I’ll probably do that I don’t know

Yes there is.. push the sensor and the clear buttons at the same time.. it will appear "off" and thats it enjoy!

How do you start the Auto cook? Don't have a manual and this was in the house I moved into. Hitting Auto Cook to AC6, hot cereal, then pressing start, nothing happens. I must be missing a step.
You should be able to locate a PDF manual for the unit online.
Does the smart inverter interfere with wifi signals? I’ve seen other reviews about other microwaves that the inverter interferes with wifi signal.

Bought LG inverter black Oven thinking it looked cool And it’s from LG ,with 10 year warranty on Doors 😂 which I found when it had problem of rusting inside Within 2 year. I still have manufactured warranty. I called log It Was rusting inside so badly, they blamed me Instead it was my fault of Poor Cleaning. I never Had Any issue like this In Microwave oven in My entire Life. Than I promised I am Never Going to Buy Any LG product. That’s Completely RIp off.. Dont Go For Look. at the End 10 year Warranty was scam, and Rust was My fault. I bought it..

I wish you would stand still and not wave your hands around so much. You make me dizzy watching you. Also, would have been nice had you opened the door and placed something in the microwave so we could get a better idea of the size. Other than that, thank you for the review.
