I love the idea of doing a conversation via a text exchange. What tool did you use to make this video? For this particular one, I would suggest dropping "le" before the day of the week if you are referring to what you did over the weekend. Adding "le" in front of say Saturday means you did the activity every Saturday when you mean to say on/last Saturday. No "le" is needed then.
