Looking good, Gary, and as always thank you very much for taking the time to film the build. Your attention to detail is impressive. You are a skilled model builder. Looking forward to episode 21.
Hi Gary loving your videos I also love the fact that me & you have good taste when it comes to certain things i.e airbrushes I have a badger 105 patriot & I've just got myself a new convention kit exactly like the one you've perched I'm from the uk & mine cost me £16.89 I can't wait to use it. Anyway keep up the good work 👍🏻
Gary, if you find your airbrush getting clogged with the .3 needle and tip, you may need to thin the paint more and lower your air pressure. You may have to fool around with ratios and pressures to get what you want. The model really looks good!
hi Gary, looking the Bees Knees.Regarding the Cabin,i might be out of my depth here but, if there is an engine in the cabin the whole lot must weigh at least 4 tons or so,would those 3 small girders be enough to take the weight at such a hight plus any people as well.Hope Molly is behaving and doing well she must be getting a lot bigger now.
Good question, not sure what is in there. Could be one of those small VW engines, just something to run what electric power they may need and the hydraulics. There are two cylinders hanging from the bottom of the cabin which may be mufflers.
it would be fantastic to find pics of what array was inside that cabin. we may never know. however practicality is in need here no doubt...really who could see it? enjoying this build with lifted heart!
WHAT....You could't find out what was in the cabin. Your my backup research department, now what am I going to do. Were going to have to renegotiate you pay raise.
I am building this and have found several fit issues, I did the same with G4 and G10. I am going to build a 1/72 diesel locomotive and a 1/72 steam locomotive to show the scale of the gun. I just hope they fit on the track that's left! Just to add, checked my deck today and it is warped worse than yours! Had about 10 clamps holding it in shape.
All models will have some issues. If they didn't we would have nothing to complain about. All in all, it really is looking good. Can you imagine the version of this model that is bigger? When I saw it, I about croaked. Regards, Solomon
Hey,just a heads up.....next time you answer the wife, can you try to sound a little more sincere. Why no lights in the cabin ? I thought you were a modeler? Just bustin ya balls...🤣She's looking awesome, buddy. You're gonna need an addition to the house 👍
Hay it's a guy thing, you got to act all bad in front of your buddys. There are lights, problem is the last guy out turned them out and I can't reach in there to turn them back on.

The Badger 105 seems to be a good all round air brush the doesen't break the budget.

Thanks for the info, I'm going to keep playing with it.

You think thats big you should see the one Peter Shaw built. It is 1/6 scale, over 6ft tall and 27ft long. Google Peter Shaw to see his model.
