The return of the Qasid Summer Challenge! Shabil Billah is the next lamb to the slaughter. And lamb indeed is on the menu. Ayman, our versatile administrator, takes Shabil into the kitchen to rustle up a traditional Jordanian Mansaf. No picnic, however, Shabil has to make mental notes of his gastronomic instruction and relay it all back in none other than Arabic.
