This appears to be a version of fixed step 4 hands. What tickles me is this reminds me of the training i had in Yang 4 hands. By that I mean, no matter what I was shown and how much I practiced my laoshi ALWAYS had an answer much like shown in this video. He would show me several moves utilizing the principles of peng, lieu, ji , an, cai, lea jo and kau but no matter how I tried he always had a way to defeat me. :)
